FIRST CAR: “’95 BMW (black).”

CURRENT CAR: “An ’02 Expedition (white).”

FIRST FIGHTING MEMORY: “Probably my dad with Royce Gracie for the second fight. I saw it on TV when I was about nine. It was me and my whole family – not at the fight – sitting around watching, excited, seeing what was gonna happen. It was a good one – that was when it was tournament style. After winning five fights it was a proud moment. My cousins, uncles and everybody was there. I remember we were eating Mexican food that night [smiles].”

FUNNY MEMORY: “Probably Vernon (White) tying me up into a knot – my legs stuck under my arms – then he spun me in a circle on the mat, thinking it was hilarious. And there was nothing I could do [smiles].”

Memorable Quotes
"In order to be an MMA champion, you need every skill that's outlawed on the planet. The very things we pride ourselves on not doing, these people elevate to an art form. I wouldn't even try to dignify it." - Jerry Izenberg, Sports Writer
